What makes Pathways 22:6 different?
Pathways families are truly a family. Our goal is to offer homeschool parents the opportunity to bond with other parents, leaning on each other for support (and even a break when needed!). Pathways works to create an environment that offers community and freedom from isolation that can be common for homeschooling parents and children.
Pathways teachers are highly qualified by the state's standards, but more importantly, have the high calling from our Lord Jesus Christ to use the gift of teaching for His Name and His glory.
Pathways offers two days of instruction, as well as opportunities for parents to fellowship and be as involved in the program as they would like. Our program is a beautiful blend of cottage school, co-op, and tutorial- parents are not expected to teach a class. We've got that covered! But if you WANT to teach a class, let's do it! Other than volunteering to help us monitor student activities, parents can just enjoy the company of other Christian parents while still playing an active role in their child's education. Need a drop-off program? We welcome that, too!
Do you have multiple children? A new baby? Littles that aren't quite ready for our program? We have a nursery, toddler room, and plenty of engaging activities for you while your child is involved in classes. YOU are wanted, loved, and WELCOME!
